Biography
Internationally known artist, Linda Evanglyn Wallace, has painted professionally for over 49 years… Portraits, wildlife, murals, commissioned works in the tradition of the Dutch Masters… Forever her inspiration in her technique.
Her work is held in corporate collections coast to coast, and countless private homes and public places. For years she worked with many of Atlanta’s top interior designers executing elaborate murals for distinguished clients. She founded her own private art school in Cobb County where she taught the classical realism you see in her own work.
In her continuing pursuit of excellence, she paints in five different mediums and also has an exclusive line of hand-painted tile murals, fired in her studio in the tradition of the European master porcelain artists. She considers her creativity to be 1/4 “A Gift on loan from God for this lifetime”.

OBSERVATIONS
In Linda’s opinion… You do not “choose” to paint… Painting chooses YOU! It takes over your creative side and runs with it on a daily basis. An artist has to paint. Painting absorbs a person to such a degree that all sense of time is lost. Finding that time to paint becomes a primary drive in the life of an artist who must, like everyone else, live within their given setting. It is great to have a husband who understands that part! An artist is most complete in the company of other artists, everyone is on the same planet and everyone thrives on those exchanges that take place. Each artist is on their own pursuit of excellence for sure!
